Rawr?

Here is a sketch that I did waiting for my next class to begin. It took me about 30mins to get him outline... I had no idea what I was drawing at the time cause I wasn't really trying to make anything but by the time I was done messing around (which means that I finally woke up to see what I was drawing XD, I was tired all day). I made another one the night before somewhat similar to him. But with a rat tail and no horns.

Day 21 - Sketches

Finally caught up with the sketches. Here are some more male poses. I would like to continue on with this blog, posting some more drawing and other things. So here are day 20 sketches.

Day 20 - Skecthes

I should have been done today but...... oh wells. Here are day 19 sketches, they are of female models. Some of the faces on them are somewhat off along with the hands, but I'm still working on it.

Day 19 - Sketches

Trying to catch up for the lost time but I'm getting there. I know that you said that I should be more focused on human anatomy. I was working on these in class for a game project where the enemies are mutated bunnies. There are three kinds a fat chubby rabbit, a bone-skinny fast rabbit, and a 'normal' rabbit. So far I have the fat chubby rabbit and the bone-skinny rabbit. I'm still trying to figure out how to have a mutated rabbit look normal but somehow still mutated and evil. Day 18 sketches:

Day 18 - Sketches

Trying not to fall asleep at the computer, I was able to get 8 out of 10 done. When I was sketching them I notice that I keep making them short and bulky, like a dwarf. I wasn't trying to but it kept coming out that like. Some of them I was having a little bit of trouble with the hand so I drew it next to the figure trying to get the finger in the position right. So here are day 17 Sketches.

Day 17 - Sketches

Here are day 16 sketches, they are of two type of squirrels: the flying squirrel and the Grey squirrel. The flying squirrel are the ones that are 'ink'. I know that I can saying hopefully but I am sure that I can get caught up with these drawings on Monday.

Day 15 sketches, they are based off the border collie. Hopefully day 16 is with day 17.

Day 15 - Sketches

Day 14 sketches, I'm trying to catch up on the sketches but its going good though. In these sketches I focused on the female anatomy so the easiest place to find them (and from your advise) I found/use Victoria Secret models. Hopefully I should have day 15 and day 16 on Saturday.

Day 12 - No Sketches

For my coming up drawings I will incorporate more human anatomy, animals and/or favorite Disney characters. I'll do that sometime tomorrow along with Day 13's drawings.

Day 11 - Sketches

Couldn't find my sketch book that I normally draw on but I used a drawing program and tablet to draw. These sketches are of Disney famous chipmunks Chip and Dale.

All these characters are from the game series Disgaea. They are the female brawler, rogue, thief, male samurai, gunner, scout, male and female ninja's from the first two games.

Day 8 - Sketches

I was able to do Day 7 sketches today but unable to do Day 8. On Saturday I will draw Day 8 and 9 before I go to work.

Here are some draws of Etna, Adell, Drawn, Riley and Sir Aaron. I tired to do some pose drawings they turned out okay but I'll try and work on some more poses for the next day sketches. Let's pray that I'll get myself back on schedule with these drawings.

It's just one of those days, no matter what you do your head is up on cloud 9 and it doesn't help that I have class from 8am to 11pm (and I'm not a morning person). I will make it up on day 8 and post 20 drawings.

Day 1 - Rules

Draw 10 sketches a day every day for 20 days till you get to 200 in an actual sketch book.

Rules:

1. The sketches need to be from real life people or animals, from photos of real life people or animals, or of your favorite Disney character from an actual Disney picture or cell image as a study.
2. No made up imaginary ideas for this task, it is a study based sketch book meant to give you some “training wheels” to get better at drawing characters.
3. Sketch book should be of a standard size if possible (8.5x11) to facilitate scanning into a scanner, tear out pages are fine.
4. Sketches can be done in any traditional media (pencil, conte, pastel, pen and ink.
5. You are allowed to get ahead and do more sketches to reach 200.
